M.S.T. ICBC Motorcycle Skill Test.  We charge $80 an hour for however long you need. Passing this removes the Supervisor and speed requirements. We have had a 100% pass rate for our students. We do not administer the test itself but will train you until you can pass without any errors. 

 

ICBC Road Test Preperation. You need to know this to pass your test. Takes about 2 hours, Cost $100. We have also had a 100% pass rate for our students.

Roadcraft Training. Individual on-road riding and instant analysis. We demo, you ride, we talk. About an hour. Cost $80.

​

Seasoned Rider

 Update Course. Theory and practical updating of your existing riding. 4 Hours, Cost $200.

​

Spyder Rider Course. Theory and practical to help you train for your MST and Road Test. 4 hours. Cost $200.

​

Professional Level Skills. Learn advanced Police riding techniques and skills to get the best out of your bike and yourself. All practicl. 4 hours, Cost $200 per student.

ANYTHING ELSE you want, we can deliver at our $80 hourly rate. Pick and choose

 any of the elements of all we offer to suit your riding desires. We offer full time training any day of the week, if not already booked. If you live outside of the Campbell River/Courtenay areas, we can discuss traveling to your place to do the training.

Through an arrangement with Christopher at Acera Insurance in Victoria, we are able to help you with your insurance coverage. Acera recognizes the value and reduced risk from a properly trained and skilled rider. For all Bison students who complete any of our courses, they say that "  For our regular motorcycle insurance, a client must have held their licence for at least 10 years to qualify. but they will lower that exclusion period to only 5 years. For their Low Displacement Programme  (any bike under 400 CCs)  you only need to be 18 years old and have a  valid motorcycle licence to qualify. Acera offer all sorts of coverage that will save you money. Check their website out at acera.ca/ I was so impressed that I switched my optional cover to them. ​​

 

In order to keep our rates as low as possible, we do NOT provide training bikes, as these costs would have to be reflected in rates higher than just $80 an hour. 

 

Your bike needs to be in top shape as you will be pushing it as much as you will be pushing yourself. You need to be familiar with exactly how your bike will handle and what you are being taught. The tires must be in good condition, the brakes must have enough meat left in them and your clutch must also be properly adjusted. You will need proper protective riding gear (boots & gloves), helmet and long sleeves. .
